The Marlborough
Boston, MA

Originally built in 1895 as the Hotel Marlborough, this historic Back Bay building was designed by Willard T. Sears and known for its refined architecture and early luxury amenities. Converted into condominiums in the 1980s, the property remains a landmark of Boston’s residential design.

Abi Babcock worked on the renovation of one of the building’s residences, modernizing the interiors while maintaining the character of the original structure. The design emphasizes clean lines, natural light, and timeless materials that complement the building’s historic elegance.
